Dear James,

Thank you for your request for information.

We have completed a search of our records and can confirm that the
Staffordshire County Farms estate currently comprises of 94 farms equipped
with house, buildings and land across a total of 8,600 acres, across the
whole of Staffordshire map attached.

Although the estate is predominantly made up of 61 dairy units, there are
many opportunities for livestock and smaller arable producers and we
welcome ideas to make the assets work harder.

Acreage range from starter farms 60 acres and in excess of 90 acres for
progression holdings.

Tenancies range from Lifetime, retirement, Farm Business Tenancies of
varying years.  New tenancies are granted a 10-year fixed term Farm
Business Tenancy for a starter holding. Progression is 16 years.  The
policy is for new tenants would have no more than 26 years on the estate.
