Dear Kathryn Robson,

Thank you for your recent response.

I am now in a difficult position as I find it difficult to believe that the Council kept no recorded information of such an important measurement.

With this in mind I would request that if the information as you described is easily formatted using GIS software that the Council create the information.

Alternatively, If you will not provide this information, so I can compare the measurement using GIS software myself please can you provide the coordinates of the start and finish point of the measurement. As I am sure you would agree in your response, although you have stated you do not have the data you also have not helped me within the spirit Of the act by not clearly explaining the exact start and finish point of the measurement.

Yours sincerely,

Frederick Wesley

Frederick Wesley

Dear Kathryn Robson,

Thank you for your recent response.

In you reply you state that the measurement was taken to the entrance of Paddock Road allotments.

In your previous response releasing Watford Borough Councils second submission to the Department For Communities and Local Government you released a map of the proposed reprovded plots for Farm Terrace allotments (please see link below).

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/1...

Can you explain why the measurement was not taken to where the actual reprovided plots would be located as each time a relocated Farm Terrace tenant visited their plot a further 0.3 miles journey each way would still be required as the access road continues through Paddock Road allotments to the proposed reprovision area?

Yours sincerely,

Frederick Wesley
