Dear Henry Lane
Our ref: FOI-0779-2223/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30
June 2022 asking for copies of our Fares Revision Circular & staff fares
lists.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached a copy of the March 2022 Fares Revision Circular .
There are two separate Staff Fares lists for each London Underground
station. One covering fares to other LU stations and the second covering
through fares to National Rail stations in the London area. There are
therefore over 500 separate files, however for the LU fares lists, the
fact that most journeys are covered by the flat Zone 1-6 single fare,
means that they are pretty much identical.
We have therefore provided sample versions of the staff lists of LU fares
and NR fares for Acton Town as an example, as providing all the files
requested would take an excessive amount of time and resources. If there
are specific locations you are interested in, please let us know and we
can provide the relevant lists to you.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
