Dear FOI,

Sorry, but the file including the Big Red Book is missing a big chunk of pages??? As we've previously been given permission to reuse the Indexes, we are not sure why this is omitted? (This time I just want to print it!)

Yours sincerely,

Suzy Scott

Dear Ms Scott

Thank you for your email.

The missing section from the Big Red Book (Pages 162-307) was the Bus
Service Guide that included details of routes serving particular stops
plus summary information for each bus route. Nearly three years on, much
of this information is now outdated and better up to date information can
be obtained from the TfL website, therefore the section has been removed
from current versions of the book. I can confirm all the policy and
advisory information for bus staff remains.

I hope this clarifies the position.

Kind regards
