Dear FOI People,

Thank you for your responses.
I will respond to the BAAF/CorramBAAF licencing issue very simply.
I know 100% that your staff are still using BAAF CPR (Child Permanence Report) forms in use for adoption, as I had made you aware in my original complaint, this is fraudulent as A: BAAF is liquidated and B: You are clearly not licenced to use BAAF forms due to this very reason. Therefor in response to my complaint where I had claimed you infringed my intellectual copyright and you replied it was covered by the courts act, does this mean you will now review the matter?
You have effectively used a fraudulent vessel in the adoption reporting of many children. Do you think the courts will see fraulent use as good use of the courts act?
Also can you confirm that the information you have withheld is the original BAAF not CorramBAAF licence?

Yours sincerely,

Steve Barnes

Dear FOI People,

Also as a follow up question:

How many children/families have been fraudulently reported using BAAF not CoramBAAF CPR forms outside of the licencing infringement since BAAF liquidated. The CoramBAAF forms have been available for a long period of time, why has Plymouth City Council chosen to ignore their licencing commitments?

Yours sincerely,

Steve Barnes
