False, misleading, inadequate, DBD370(N) GPFR GP reports. How many appeals made.

Department for Work and Pensions did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I have been made aware of a great many falsey, misleading and inadequate DBD370(N) GPFR reports gathered by advocacy agencys in regard to DWP benefit tribunals, which upon appeal are granted. These reports show a severe lack of patient knowledge and/or negligent behaviour, as upon investigation the data is easily gathered from a properly read/kept set of patient records. I would like to know how many cases have been properly investigated and have any GP's, bearing in mind the legal issues, GMC guidlines etc..etc.. Been held to account for falsifying evidence used by yourselves in these many cases?

Yours faithfully, Peter Harland
