False accusations of a sexual crime.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Justice,
Please can you supply the following information.
1 Number of allegations of sexual crime made to Police but not recorded as a crime.
2 Number of reports of sexual crime made to Police but not resulting in an arrest.
3 Number of reports of sexual crime made to Police but not passed to CPS for consideration for prosecution.
4 Number of reports of sexual crime made to Police and passed to CPS for consideration for prosecution.
5 Number of prosecutions of sexual offences resulting in a Guilty verdict.
6 Number of "No Further Action" notices issued by the CPS or police for sexual offences.
7 Number of sexual offences sent to trial but stopped because of an "Abuse of Process" by the police or CPS, (including prosecutions dropped, administrative finalizations, discharged committals and cases acquitted or dismissed following a contested hearing.)
8 Number of sexual offences that resulted in an arrest but which were stopped before a verdict because of the death of the accused (including indefinite adjournment).
9 Number of complainants about a sexual crime helped by police to make a financial claim for injuries from The Criminal Injuries Compensation Agency.
10 Number of sexual offences sent to trial that resulted in a "Not Guilty" verdict.
11 Number of sexual offences sent to trial that resulted in a "Hung Jury" and were subsequently retried reaching a Not Guilty verdict.
12 Number of sexual offences sent to trial that resulted in a "Hung Jury" and were subsequently dropped.
13 Number of sexual offences sent to trial that resulted in a "Hung Jury" and were subsequently retried reaching a Guilty verdict.
14 Number of sexual offences that resulted in a "Guilty" verdict but were subsequently overturned on appeal.
15 Number of reports of false allegations of a sexual crime made to Police but not recorded as crimes.
16 Number of reports of false allegations of a sexual crime made to Police but not passed to CPS for consideration.
17 Number of reports of false allegations of a sexual crime made to Police and passed to CPS for consideration.
18 Number of prosecutions of Wasting Police Time relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Not Guilty verdict.
19 Number of prosecutions of Wasting Police Time relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Guilty verdict.
20 Number of prosecutions of Seeking to Pervert the Course of Justice relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Not Guilty verdict.
21 Number of prosecutions of Seeking to Pervert the Course of Justice relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Guilty verdict.
22 Number of prosecutions for Perjury relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Not Guilty verdict.
23 Number of prosecutions for Perjury relating to false allegations of a sexual crime resulting in a Guilty verdict
24 Number of complainants about a sexual crime helped by police to make a financial claim for injuries from The Criminal Injuries Compensation Agency after the defendant was found Not Guilty.
25 Number of defendants of an allegation of sexual crime, who have not been found guilty, helped by police to make a financial claim for injuries from The Criminal Injuries Compensation Agency.
