Re: Request for information – Freedom of Information Act 2000

For the years 2011 and 2012 - How many falls were recorded in:  
a- Antrim Area Hospital 
b- Causeway Hospital   
c- Mid Ulster Hospital   
d- Whiteabbey Hospital      
 
Show  separately,  how  many  of  these  falls  resulted  in  an  injury  that  the  patient  was  not 
admitted for initially.
