Fake Reviews on NHS Website about Brecknock Dental

Dear NHS Digital,

I have been asked to contact you by NHS England following a FOIA request made to them https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f... .

Please explain why they are so many fake reviews appearing on the NHS Website for Brecknock Dental https://www.nhs.uk/Services/dentists/Rev... (I believe that most of the reviews giving 5 stars are fake).

Please also explain why NHS Website has rejected publishing my genuine truthful review for Brecknock Dental on the NHS Website on the grounds that "We have removed your contribution because you have already posted an identical message or a similar message about the same experience". These grounds were not true as I had not posted such a message. This was the review that I tried publishing:

Avoid this dentist. Dentist knew that I had periodontal disease but did not tell me. He let my teeth become loose so he could remove them in order to meet his NHS targets (he gets 3 UDAs for each tooth extraction). I lost many teeth like this. Further, like other reviewers on NHS Choices have mentioned, he also rushes through appointments – again in order to meet NHS targets (he gets 1 UDA for a simple appointment). Takes conveyor-belt approach to patients and gaming the system, putting profits before patients – read Times investigation The Great Dental Rip-Off https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/the-g... .
In response to my FOIA request https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...., the dentist informed me that for 2018/2019 he has to achieve 29,639 UDAs and 1614 UOAs. In July 2018, the dentist informed me that for 2018/2019 “We are currently running on target and have completed around 7000 UDAs and 400 UOAs”. Patient care should NOT be target driven!!! Many more teeth will be needlessly extracted in order to help this dentist meet these targets.
Dentist has a warning on the GDC register due to a complaint I made to the GDC https://olr.gdc-uk.org/SearchRegister/Se... . If any other patient has had their tooth or teeth extracted by this dentist, please urgently inform the GDC https://contactus.gdc-uk.org/Complaint/P....

provides a 'General right of access to information held by public
authorities'. However, it also defines a number of exemptions which may

If exemptions do apply, then NHS Digital may decide not to release all, or
part, of the information you have requested. I shall inform you if this is
the case, and advise you of your rights of appeal.

they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken as to whether to
release the information to you.

The response to your request will be sent to you by email, however if you
require your response in any other format, please contact us to discuss a
suitable format.

NHS Digital will not normally charge a fee to provide you with the
information you have requested, unless the cost of dealing with your
request is more than £450 as outlined in Section 12 of the FOI Act and
Section 3 of the The FOI and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees)
Regulations 2004. If it appears likely that your request will cost more,
then NHS Digital is able to refuse to supply the information.  As per our
obligations under Section 16 of the FOI Act, every effort will be made to
provide you with details of how you may be able to reframe your request in
order for us to complete the required work within the (£450 / 18 person
hours) cost limit.

manner in which your request is being processed then please do not
