Failure to provide the public with vital health information.
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Can you please advise why the BBC are giving the public a one sided non challenged view of the coronavirus issue for example there has been no debate regarding the efficacy and dangers of vaccination and the efficacy and dangers of wearing face coverings?
Is it correct that this is editorial policy?
If this is so then the BBC, which is supposed to maintain impartiality and inform the public is complicit in medical tyranny and I believe will be subject to court proceedings.
Yours faithfully,
Annette Alison

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Failure to provide the public with vital health information.'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
I would like to know who at the BBC has determined that the public should not be given vital health information regarding the vaccines currently being rolled out for "covid."
No information regarding vaccine safety has been aired and no one has been invited on to discuss any alternative view.
The BBC charter states that it should be fair and impartial and is in not debating the issue of vaccine safety in regard to these vaccines is not adhering to the charter and is therefore not serving the public interest.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...
Yours faithfully,
Annette Alison

The requester may want to consider either rewording their request or submitting a query via a different route, i.e. the BBC complaints dept. This request would be invalid even if the BBC had not engaged the "material held for the purposes of journalism" clause.
The FOI Act only allows the right of access to recorded information that already exists. The FOI Code of Practice states that "requests for explanations, clarification of policy or comments on the public authority's business" are not defined as valid requests.
