Could you please answer the following questions with regards to this freedom of information request
1.How many times has your Department breached the 20 working day timescale in the past 12 calendar months?with regards to FOI requests
2.How many times has the Information Commissioner been informed by persons who have had their FOI timescale breached in the past 12 calendar months
3.How many times has the Infocommissioner made a positive Judgment on behalf of the person asking for information that you have failed to give them in the past12 .calendar months?
4..Has the Department been fined heavily in the past 12 calendar months? For non compliance of the FOI act?
