Failed numerous requests for meter read
Dear Scottish Water Business Stream Limited,
FAO Head of Customer Services
Dear Sir or Madam
I have spent the last 18 months trying to get Scottish Water to read my meter after being passed over from Yorkshire Water as a business, although with the greatest amount being used as a domestic supply I would question their reasoning on this. It has already come to light that Scottish Water must be employing a meter reading company that don’t even have the equipment to use a drive by meter. The ones they used have been using excuses like ‘ the grass is too long’ and ‘there’s no where to park’ This is absolutely rediculous as only a couple of weeks ago a Yorkshire Water employee came and fitted a new replacement meter and parked his van close by. I was pushed into paying the standing charge to prevent court action but actually maybe the best action would be to let a judge see the laughable comments by the meter reading company that you employ.
Yours faithfully,
Sue Goodwill
