failed BRP delivery not being resolved
Dear Home Office,
We have received a positive decision on our ILR status on 12th of October 2020 with reference number 1212-0001-0713-1831.
Delivery was scheduled for 17th of November 2020 by TNT and claimed to be successful (consignment numbers 100432658 and 100432659), however, we have not received our BRPs and TNT does not have the proof of the delivery, but the photograph of the street sign made hundreds of meters from our postbox.
We have made daily requests to TNT since, having spent over 14 hours on the phone, in order to retrieve the parcel and have it delivered it to us with no success.
We have submitted an official claim to the Home Office after 10 working days but still have not heard back from you.
I have already missed my grandfather's funeral because of the mistake made by the driver and TNT being unable to take any resultful steps towards resolving their mistake in over 3 weeks.
What are the possible next steps and how this can be resolved?
Yours faithfully,
Mikhail Mendelevich
