Dear Home Office,
My question is for all those , failed asylum seekers , but granted DR outside immigration.
If they travelled back their home countries on their National passports and return back UK
within allowed period . Are they subject to question why they travelled back the country where they have risk of Persecution. Or their asylum was based on deception. If they apply for ILR is this breach of DR will effect on their ILR application as well on Citizenship application.
And if home office grant them ILR instead of this Deception ,how the immigration law of UK
will act against the case worker.
