• Contract end date
• If there is the potential to extend the contract beyond the end date, and if so, by how many years
• Annual contract value
• Name of the current contractor
• The contact details of the person responsible for procuring the services

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request regarding
facilities services at Sheffield Hallam University. Please see the
attached document in response to your request.

 

Please note that the individual(s) named in this request wish to exercise
their rights under Section 11 of the Data Protection Act 1998 not to
receive direct marketing in any form. Should such marketing be received,
regardless of format, a complaint will be made under either the Data
Protection Act (postal marketing) or the Privacy and Electronic
Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (electronic marketing and
telephone marketing including SMS) for a breach of Section 11 rights.
