472/2015CED Facilities Management Hard Services — Lot 1 Mechanical and Electrical Services; Lot 2 Building Maintenance Services.:

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• If the contract is to be retendered do you have any approximate date for tender release?
• What is the job title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract(s)?
• The procurement portal used to publish this tender and any future tenders.
• Which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)?

Our Response: 

Both existing contracts are being extended to end of March 2024.
Replacement contract has already been tendered The Council uses TeckForge
as their asset management system
