Facilities Management Contacts
Dear University of Reading,
I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, further information about the Universities and hard facilities management services contracts whether these services are contracted out or delivered in-house.
Please provide the following details for each outsourced contract (in excel format):
• Contract name
• Contract start date
• Contract end date
• If there is the potential to extend the contract beyond the end date, and if so, by how many years?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Actual contract value
• Name of the current contractor
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• The contact details of the person responsible for procuring the services
• The procurement portal used to publish this tender and any future tenders.
Thank you for your help.
Yours faithfully,
Josh Skinner
