The Response to your request is as follows:

The Authority declines to disclose the information you have requested and
has applied the exemption in Section 21 – Information accessible by other
means.  Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide
information in response to a request if it is already reasonably
accessible to you. The details of our Facilities Maintenance Service
Contracts are available on our public contracts register which can be
found at the link below.

value can be found in the link above along with any potential extension.  

The extensions will be reviewed approx. 12 months before the end of the
current term and currently not decided.  

The procurement responsibility for all Facilities Maintenance Contracts is
