Question 1,
Are face coverings / masks, mandated for students aged between 16 to 18 years within West Lancashire college?

Question 2,
Has Ofsted made a request to have names of all students recorded who refuse or are not willing / able to comply with current DfE Guidance on face coverings?

Question 3,
Will West Lancashire College require a letter of exemption from parents of students and / or a medical note, requesting evidence of exemption from wearing face coverings / masks, for students unable or unwilling to comply with current DfE Guidance on face coverings?
