Dear Driving Standards Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Driving Standards Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Face Coverings'.

[ what I was asking should a driving lesson take place with a face covering when teaching a pupil? not when taking a test but when an ADI is teaching? ]

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Peter Masters

Dear Mr Masters

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FoIA) INTERNAL REVIEW

Thank you for your email of 26 September asking for an internal review to
be conducted into the handling of your FoIA request about ‘Face
Coverings’.

I have noted that we supplied you with a copy of the guidance for
examiners when a candidate is presented for test wearing a full face
covering and also confirmed that we hold no information about wearing a
full face covering whilst driving - this is regardless of whether it is an
instructor or a candidate driving.  Both responses to your requests were
issued within the statutory limit of 20 days.

Can you confirm what aspect of the handling of your cases and the reasons
you are dissatisfied with our responses to enable me to arrange an
internal review?

If you wish to discuss your request further then please contact me on the
details above.  Please remember to quote your case reference number in any
future communications.

Yours sincerely
