Fabian Society common-purpose influence on UK schools

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Education, I am writing again to try and find the extent of Fabian Society common-purpose influence/infiltration, in UK schools. My last request was denied for not being specific. I have tried to remedy this, this time.
Question1: What role does common-purpose policy, play in the UK schools system?
Question2: Why, has a clearly "leftist" organisation, closely linked to the Labour party, been allowed the opportunity to influence policy in UK schools, when NO such privilege, has been afforded, to right of centre organisations?
Question3: Could I please be provided with a few of the titles, of common purpose courses, for teachers in UK schools.
Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Joseph Chalmers

ACCOUNT, Unmonitored, Department for Education

Dear Joseph Chalmers

Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 15
January. You requested ‘information regarding Fabian Society
common-purpose influence on UK schools’.

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In your earlier request of 19 December, you asked for information on the
number of schools with a Fabian Society presence. My reply of 18 January
set out that the Department does not collect or hold that information. For
the same reason ie. we do not collect this data, we have no information on
whether or to what extent there is a Fabian Society presence in schools in
England (devolved administrations are responsible for information relating
to their own schools), or of any influence that it may have.

More generally, state funded schools must prevent political indoctrination
and secure the balanced treatment of political issues, in line with the
requirements for maintained schools set out in sections 406 and 407 of the
Education Act 1996

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should
make a complaint to the Department by writing to me within two calendar
months of the date of this letter.  Your complaint will be considered by
an independent review panel, which were not involved in the original
consideration of your request.

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint to the
Department, you may then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office
