Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,

Please can you supply the full version of the "FA Respect Table" for the 2016-17, including a breakdown of the scores used to compile the full table.

If you do not have a copy please can you supply a copy of all correspondence between the DCMS and FA over the last year regarding the FA Respect Table that may explain why you don't have it, bearing in mind the FA regards the government as a "partner" in this area.
