The request was successful.

Dear NHS Blood and Transplant,
Please would you provide me with:

Finally, please would you provide me with the overall average amount of corneas required / predicted by NHSBT to keep up with demand for transplants, and the average shortage of donated corneas to supply this demand (can be provided as an annual figure).

Dear Wayne,

Thank you for you're reply and I am mostly happy with the response. I would like to query the figure of total corneas issued by nhsbt as it seems there may be a decrepancy? The total number issued was ~340 where as the amount processed by nhsbt was over 4000.

Is this figure correct?

Yours faithfully,

John Arthurs
