In order to enable me to respond to your request I would appreciate if you
could clarify in relation to Q2:

Provide a list of 'Maintained Nursery Schools' operating with a deficit.
What type of ‘deficit’ information you are looking for?
Once I have received clarification from you the Council will be pleased to
