External reports
Dear JFS,
Please will you send me copies of any external reports commissioned by the school over the past year evaluating the school's performance. I am thinking primarily of "mock" Ofsted type reports but am interested in any evaluations of teaching and learning.
Please provide these to this email address in electronic form.
Yours faithfully,
Julian Taylor

Dear Mr Taylor
Thank you for your email.
JFS has commissioned two reports in the past year which I have attached:
one from ASEND (24-25 February 2016) and one from the Brent Schools
Partnership (22 March 2016). We have also commissioned a Behaviour review
but not have yet received the written feedback.
Kind regards

Dear Mr Appleman
I am very grateful for your response.
However, I note that the following was included in the minutes of the Governors meeting of 4 April
The Chairman drew attention to the three external reports that had been circulated to all governors for this meeting, namely:
• the SEND audit dated 24th February 2016
• the School Effectiveness Review dated 29th February 2006 (I suspect this is a typo as 2006 was not a leap year)
• the Brent Effectiveness Report dated 22nd March 2016
I was therefore expecting a copy of the School Effectiveness Review dated 29 February alongside the two reports you have kindly provided. I'd be grateful if you would review your response and provide a copy of this additional document.
If necessary - which I hope it isn't - please treat this as a request for an internal review of your response.
Kind regards
Julian Taylor

Dear Mr Taylor
Thank you for your email.
The Brent review was not commissioned by the School, unlike the Asend and
BSP reports, therefore was not included in my email of yesterday.
Kind regards

Indeed, I thought about asking JFS for the report but their unhelpfully pedantic attitude to the original request suggested that Brent may be a better route.
