Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our duty to provide
advice and assistance, we would be grateful if you could clarify the scope
of your request.

 

Please could you provide the scope of the request what do you mean by ‘how
many occasions has the Trust commissioned external investigators’.
Terminology applied different in NHS to other sectors.
