released under the FOI act. Inc Independent External Governance Reviews by
the Department for Education or Regional Schools Commissioner, within the
last 3 years.  

For all schools / teaching schools under ICAT and including ICAT
governance .  

1. Copies/links to reports conducted  

2. Dates of external reviews start and end.   

3. Outcome of these reports  

4. Dates of follow ups to the reviews.   

5. Information / data / procedure followed in conducting the review 6.
Staff involved in review.
