Extent of Evidence supplied to SOS by CYC in relation to Planning Application 16/02358/OUTM
Dear Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government,
The planning application 16/02358/OUTM was sent to the Secretary of State for consideration to be called-in on the basis of a Sport England objection to the loss of Playing Fields, but (presumably after consideration of the evidence supplied in relation top that objection) it was not called in.
Please could you provide me with a copy of all documents supplied by City of York Council to the SOS pertaining to Sport England's objection to this planning application which were made available to be considered by the SOS in arriving at the decision not to call in this planning application.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Wedgwood

Dear Despatch Box,
To clarify; I wasn't requesting all of the documents in the planning application just the ones "pertaining to Sport England's objection".
I would consider this to be limited to any communication between Sport England and CYC (and vice versa) which has been passed to the SOS to consider as part of this call in request.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Wedgwood
Dear Mr Wedgewood
Thank you for your email of 21 June.
I apologise if I misunderstood your request. I should explain that in the
event of an objection being received to a planning application from Sport
England, the application is formally referred to the Secretary of State,
with all documentation related to the complete application. I will now
undertake a search for correspondence to/from Sport England and you will
receive a response as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely
John Pierce
