Explanation of reduction in HMO numbers on register 2018 - 2019

The request was successful.

Dear Southampton City Council,
I note from previous disclosures in respect of licensed HMOs in Southampton that numbers of licensed HMOs appear to have dramatically decreased in the last 18 months. Can I please have your current up to date list of licensed HMOs and an explanation as to the Council's opinion on why the numbers in the last issued list are so dramatically reduced compared with a list produced in 2018 and 2017?

Yours faithfully,
A.Clothier
