I write further to your email of 31 March (below).
Thank you for drawing attention to the earlier request from March 2017. The reason we supplied data in a different form in 2017 is that we have reviewed our approach to the release of individual level data under the FOIA in the light of the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on 25 May 2018, which requires higher standards of data privacy. We have also taken into account complaints submitted to the University from those whose data has been disclosed. In the light of these factors, we decided that it was necessary to adopt a more cautious approach, by taking additional measures to reduce the risk of individuals being identified when disclosing individual level data, particularly where it relates to an ongoing admission cycle.
Please advise whether you still wish us to undertake an internal review of our response.
