Experimental nature of A105 cycle lane construction.
Dear Enfield Council,
Please can you give me information about the experiment currently being conducted along the A105 with the construction of cycle lanes and cycle tracks.
From the council minutes of 10th February 2016 the objectives of this construction project are to produce...
Economic benefits.
Health benefits
Transport benefits
New business opportunities
Is the experiment being carried out to assess if the above objectives are being achieved?
If not, what is the purpose of the experiment?
Who is in overall charge of the experiment? What academic qualifications do they have?
For how long is this experiment expected to last? Will the experiment's findings be published and if so where and when?
What monitoring procedures have been put into place to assess the effects of this experiment?
What is the budget for this experiment and does this budget contain a contingency amount in the case of any parts of the experiment that are not found to be working?
Yours faithfully,
Peter Johns
