can you please send me a copy of your reply to an FOI request about 3 years worth of bonuses and expenses for staff/ceo and executive directors, that was sent around the end of November to NHS Trusts.

Do you have Gifts, Hospitality and Sponsorship Policy or similar and a Code of Conduct and can you please email me a copy. Can you send me a copy of your register for 2008/9 for Gifts, Hospitality and Sponsorship.

Also could you send me a copy of your Annual Report and/or Accounts covering the April 2008-Janaury 2009 period.

thank you for your reply and the attached documents.
I did have some comments/requests on the points:

1) I was particularly interested in bonus payments to Directors in total and the CEO separately for 2008/9 and 2009/10 which wasn't in the attached spreadsheet.

2) If you could send me a copy of your updated policy, I would be grateful, or if you are intending to put a copy on your website when this would be available.

3) You sent me a copy of your Directors register of interests.
What I was really interested in was a register of sponsorship/hospitality as outlined in the following document for 2008/9:

Within the Foundation Trusts Register of Interests & Hospitality we have
no entries for the areas you have enquired about for the period April 2008
to March 2010. The only Benefits in Kind are basically ‘internal’ and can
be found in our Annual Accounts, which are available on the following

I have reviewed the FOIs I have sent and my continued interest stems from the fact that the Trust register of Interests which you have stated is also the Trust Hospitality register does not appear to contain any Hospitality items which is unusual.

Did the Chief Executive, Service Delivery Director or Director of Corporate Governance receive any Hospitality, Sponsorship, Gifts above £100 from any external bodies between April 2008 and March 2010?
