Please provide a full disclosure of the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

- Provide figures for each councillor's attendance records, including the Chairman, at council meetings in the last financial year (2008/09). This should be broken down by full council meeting, committee meeting etc.
- An inventory of all expenses claimed by each councillor, including the Chairman, within the last financial year (2008/09). Please state the date, venue, nature of the conferences/visits, and all costs incurred.
