Dear Liverpool City Council,

1 - Can you please provide a list of statutory and related non
discretionary expenses provided by you with the statutory obligation and
budgets for the same for each of the last 5 years, and actual expenditure
against each item to show any variance.

2 - Can you please provide a list of discretionary expenditure with
budgets for each of the last 5 years, and actual expenditure against each
item to show any variance.

3 - Can you please provide your budgeted breakdown for council tax
enforcement costs resulting from your obligations under the Schedule 12
3(2) of the Local Government Act 1992 together with actual costs for each
item to show any variance for each of the last 5 years.
