Expected start date for Autism Assessments within Adults with Learning Disabilities.
Dear Western Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I would like to make the following requests for information.
1. Within the Fermanagh/ Omagh area of the WHSCT ; of those adults with learning disabilities who are on the waiting list for assessments for an Autism diagnosis, what is the expected start date for these assessments?
(If no exact date is known can you please give an estimate, providing the most likely possible months)
2. How long (approximately) will the assessment last? (one session or more) and how many staff will be involved?
What are those staff's names and what are their titles?
3. How many LD Adults are now on that waiting list in the Fermanagh/Omagh area (as of February 2015)?
4. What plans are in place to address the Autistic needs of Adults with Learning Disabilities within the Fermanagh/Omagh area of the WHSCT, in the short term and the long term? Please give time frames.
Yours Faithfully,
Joan Corrigan.
