Dear Sara Harvey,
I am sorry - but statistics on retrospective planning applications does not seem to be an appropriate answer to a question about Badgers in Exmouth.
I think that you sent this reply to the wrong email address.
Yours sincerely,
P Freeman
Good afternoon Mr Freeman
Thank you for your request for information. You asked for the following
information:
a. The list of badger setts and their locations in Exmouth
b. The reports about badger setts on any Exmouth regeneration sites
c. Any reports about badgers for regeneration sites in Seaton and
Sidmouth.
The following information is held in relation to parts (a) and (b) of your
request:
Queen’s Drive, Exmouth, Devon: Survey of Badger Activity dated 2^nd July
2015
Queen’s Drive, Exmouth, Devon: Badger Bait Marking Study dated 24^th May
2016
The first report (2^nd July 2015) is provided in full and is attached.
The second report (dated 24^th May 2016) is also provided but small
sections have been redacted under Regulation 12(5)(g) of the Environmental
Information Regulations – Protection of the Environment. The redacted
sections specifically identify the location of active badger setts and the
public disclosure of this information would expose these sites to
potential interference and/or damage.
In respect of part (c) of your request, I can confirm that no badger
survey reports are held in relation to regeneration sites in Seaton or
Sidmouth.
I hope this is helpful.
If you feel dissatisfied with our response to your request, please contact
our Monitoring Officer, Mr Henry Gordon Lennox to request an internal
review at [1][email address]
