Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request 'Exercise Cygnus'.

I think it is paramount that this report is released. And the public interest far outweighs any possible negative effects on policy making.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

Joseph Lloyd

It appears as though all requests with reference to Cygnus are not complied with and without justification. What is being hidden ought to be determined in a Court of Law.
