Executive Directors Malice Abuse of Power.

The request was refused by Richmondshire District Council.

Dear Richmondshire District Council,

I would now like to make a new request and clarification of information.

From a Previous Request:

Since 2004 how many times has your executive core directors TONY CLARK - ELIZABETH SMITH, Made a referral to Social Care concerning a member of the publics behaviour after a meeting that did not go the way of RDC Executives ?

Yes thats correct only one malicious Referral has ever been made by your...

It came after Executive Directors arranged a 1hr meeting at swale house with this person, due to concerns that he had about the corruption and mis-governance in your council, The member of the public wanted to voice his concerns freely and produce evidence and documentation, he did so and the meeting went without any problems.
Ie: Police or Men in white coats.

The next Day, Early morning he received a letter that was prepared the night of the meeting by ANITA INGLIS Signed by the Executive Directors referring him to North Yorkshire County Councils Social Care. ??????

1. The Request was made to Social Care, due to this one persons behaviour. What symptoms was this person showing to your Executive Directors that could suggest there was a problem with this persons behaviour..

2. Is it true The Social Care Professionals did not share the same concerns of your Executive Directors.

3. Liz Smith + Tony Clark = are they qualified to make this sort of decision, Do they have training or a degree in psychiatry, since they were the only two people in the meeting how can they come to this conclusion without Qualification ?.

4. Under what mandate do (Liz Smith - Tony Clark) have the right to refer someone to social Care after a meeting in swale house dose not go there way.

5. After Liz Smith + Tony Clark made the referral to Social Care, Did The Social Care Professionals have the same concerns that your Executive Directors Had about the behaviour of the referred person ?

6. Is it Council policy for Executive Directors to make a decision of this nature without grounds or consultation.

7. Dose the council have on there records any formal letter of Apology that was sent to the family.

8. Dose the council have on there records a formal offer of compensation for having insulted, injured & wronged this person and his family who are victim's of The Councils malice Crime.

9. What purpose did the referral service to Richmondshire District Council other than a desire to inflict injury, harm, or suffering on another.

10. Have your Executive Directors been punished for the malice referral they made against a local family.

Define Malice:
1.desire to inflict injury, harm, or suffering on another, either because of a hostile impulse or out of deep-seated meanness: the malice and spite of a lifelong enemy.

2.Law. evil intent on the part of a person who commits a wrongful act injurious to others.

Dear Richmondshire

We have refused to give out personal information regarding a resident of Richmondshire. This is in line with the Data Protection Act. We have given you another method of potentially gaining the information you are requesting.

In our response we put in a link to something called a Subject Access Request which anyone can submit along with a fee of £10 plus proof of identification to gain access to all information regarding themselves that a local authority or company etc holds on them.

Should you wish to progress your request down this route then please complete the attached form and forward to the address on the form along with a cheque for £10 and proof of who you are to ensure you get the relevant information you are seeking.
