Dear Department of Health,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health's handling of my FOI request 'Exchanges between DoH and Gloucestershire MPs re legal case of M Lloyd v Gloucestershire PCT'.

The response says "Ministers are still considering options for the future of community services in Gloucestershire and the potential implications of these for current and future policy." Yet they have a duty to the people of Gloucestershire to discuss openly what these options are. The court order states that "a proper level of public engagement" must occurr before any decisions are made. This secrecy is against the public interest.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ex...

Yours faithfully,

Hannah Basson
