Dear East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

Please supply the following information in relation to Excessive waiting times for your Solo responders to receive an ambulance transport vehicle to arrive on scene for them;

Please define for EACH MONTH of 2011 up to and including November 2012 by

1)Operating locality - number of instances per month
2)Waiting time on scene over 30 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances broken down by county e.g. Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex etc
3) Waiting time on scene over 45 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances broken down by county e.g. Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex etc
4)Waiting time on scene over 60 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances broken down by county e.g. Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex etc
5) Waiting time on scene over 90 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances broken down by county e.g. Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex etc
6)Waiting time on scene over 120 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances broken down by county e.g. Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex etc
7)Waiting time on scene over 180 minutes from request of back up vehicle - number of instances
8) Total number of instances by county where a patient has been conveyed to a PPCI centre and has had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for ambulance transport to arrive regardless of Solo response time.
