J S Peston made this Freedom of Information request to City University London

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, City University London should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear City University London,

I wish to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, (1) a copy of the University’s policy on the admittance of (private / resit) candidates who hold an offer to study at the University but will be unable to fulfill that offer due to their centre redacting their exam entry or who otherwise will be unable to provide a candidate with a grade.

(2) If no such policy exists, I wish to request any information on the matter of changes to the University’s normal admissions procedure - whether codified or not - following COVID-19.

(3) I also wish to request all internal communication between staff on the matter outlined above - including, but not limited to, emails, IM messages, texts, and phone records.

Yours faithfully,

J S Peston
