Dear Royal College of Surgeons of England,

Can you confirm yes/no & the detail behind the decisive reply to the following question I'm asking:

Will student's exam results be upgraded, as a gesture of goodwill & honour, if for example they suffer vaccine injuries at any point in the semester or exam?

Yours faithfully,

Romeo James Delta

Dear Royal College of Surgeons of England,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Royal College of Surgeons of England's handling of my FOI request 'Exam assistance based on the medical advice given'.

Why are medical intervention policies placed on stakeholders, without any interest of publicly delcaring why?

Dear Mr Delta,

As mentioned previously, the Royal College of Surgeons of England is not
subject to Freedom of Information Act. Therefore, we are not obliged to
answer any freedom of information requests. This legislation does not
apply to us as we are not a public body listed in the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

Please refer to the ICO website which explains who does the FOIA 2000
apply to:
[1]https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui....

Please note we do not answer any Freedom of Information Requests and if
you have a query to the college, please direct it to the relevant
department as a service query, not as FOI request. Relevant department
will be happy to assist.

Due to the facts above, we also do not run internal reviews of FOI
requests.
