I can confirm that information is being withheld for the vehicles registered:

• 27KK21, 27KK22, 27KK24, 27KK25, 27KK26, 27KK28, 27KK29, 27KK30, 27KK31, 27KK34, 27KK35, 27KK48, 27KK49, 27KK50.

These vehicles are still in service and to disclose their information could impact operations by allowing enemies to draw conclusions about Armed Forces capabilities. This is the case for each of the vehicle registration numbers above, therefore all of the JAMES maintenance records you have requested have been withheld under section 26(1)(b) of the FOI Act.

Some of the vehicles you requested had no maintenance reports, some were
live assets and the maintenance reports fell within scope of section 26
(1)(b).

Via previous FOI requests the MOD have provided MERLIN reports for the
following vehicles:

27KK21, 27KK22, 27KK24, 27KK25, 27KK26, 27KK28, 27KK29, 27KK30, 27KK31,
27KK34, 27KK35, 27KK48, 27KK49, 27KK50.

Those MERLIN reports list on them that they have been CAST along with the
CAST date. These vehicles have also been disposed of (sold to private
individuals) via the approved disposal agent Witham (Specialist Vehicles)
Ltd.
