Your email dated 7th January 2017 is considered to be a request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You requested the following information:
I would like to make a freedom of information request for any information held relation to ex MOD
vehicle with the following VRN/registration: 83KE70.
I can confirm that the Ministry of Defence (MOD) holds information relevant to your request.
Unfortunately, following the closure of MERLIN it is only possible to retrieve information held on
the archived version of the database, which is attached.
This information supplied to you continues to be protected by copyright. You are free to use it for
your own purposes, including for private study and non-commercial research, and for any other
purpose authorised by an exception in current copyright law. Documents (except photographs)
can be also used in the UK without requiring permission for the purposes of news reporting. Any
other reuse, for example commercial publication, would require the permission of the copyright
