Suggest you vary your request to read: "Please provide copies of all correspondence which refer or relate to Condition 19 and Condition 31 and Condition 32 of the East West Rail scheme ..." (to avoid ambiguity)

Dear DAVIES Merilyn,

In order to avoid any ambiguity, I have slightly reworded my original request as follows:

Please provide copies of all correspondence which refer or relate
to Condition 19 and Condition 31 and Condition 32 of the East West
Rail scheme which you have sent to or received by either (a) ERM or
(b) Adkins or (c) Network Rail or (d) Chiltern Railways or (c) East
West Rail Consortium or (d) Dept for Transport, since 1st May 2015.

As you are aware, these conditions relate to environmental
consequences.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Yours sincerely,

R Harris

Dear Oxford City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oxford City Council's handling of my FOI request 'EWR - Planning Conditions' because I have not been provided with the information requested within the deadline.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

R Harris

Dear DAVIES Merilyn,

I should clarify that my request refers to the release of documents of correspondence. I expect this to include letters and emails and any attachments thereto including reports and notes and minutes of meetings etc. which are not publicly accessible on your website.

Yours sincerely,

R Harris

Dear DAVIES Merilyn,

To clarify and assist you further, my request relates to the East West Rail scheme which was formally known as the Chiltern Railways scheme but has been renamed so my request relates to either.

Yours sincerely,

R Harris

Dear Ms Harris,

Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for not managing to send the documents you requested, to you yesterday, as per the deadline. There are many documents involved and some redaction had to be sent back to the relevant department, yesterday, for revision.

I am able to forward you the relevant documents by the end of the day, but please do let me know if you would still prefer to send this matter to an internal review.

Yours sincerely

Dear Merilyn,

I would be grateful to receive what you currently have available now and the rest of the documents before the end of the day. If there are a number of them, can I suggest that the information is posted to this website in smaller batches so that they are more accessible.

Yours sincerely,

R Harris

Hello,

I'm afraid all the documents have gone back to the department for checking, but I will forward what I can asap. I will forward in three batches so that it is more manageable for you.

Regarding your FOI 5295, can I just confirm that you have received the email from Emma Mace, regarding the documents you requested?

Best wishes

Hello Rosemary,

Regarding the Emma Mace email, this would have been sent from Emma on behalf of Peter Sloman and was sent on 7 October. There were three files missing, which I will send on to you tomorrow. I believe you spoke to David Stevens about this and it relates to your FOI 5295.

Yours sincerely
