Evidence that Veolia have collected a flytip
Dear Croydon Borough Council,
Are Veolia required to have evidence that they have collected (completed) a flytip reported via the Love Clean Streets App? For example, are they required to take a photograph to prove the flytip has been removed? If yes, what happens to the photographs: are they available for all to see?
And, do Veolia wait for a flytip to be reported before they pick it up? For example, as they drive to collect a reported flytip do they also pick up unreported flytips? If Veolia do pick up unreported flytips how are they added to the Love Clean Streets data?
Yours faithfully,
Graham Mitchell
