Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

You have conducted at least three evidence sprints concerning Universal Credit. The first was December 2016 and there were two in summer 2017.

I would like a copy of the evidence gathered in those sprints.

Yours faithfully,

Dan Manville

Dan
The DWP has a nasty habit of using the public interest test to keep pushing back having to give a final response. The Information Commissioner is clear that no public authority should take more than 40 working days to provide its final response, including the Public Interest Test. If the DWP tries to delay responding again after 7 March 2018 I suggest you complain to the information Commissioner.

Thanks John
I will do that.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Evidence Sprints'.

I asked for the evidence collated however I was instead provided with a list of the stakeholders consulted and outcomes. I appreciate that Claimant Commitments reviews might be confidential however I know that several Local Authorities made submissions. I requested copies of those submissions and would be grateful if you would provide them as well as any other stakeholder contributions to these sprints.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Yours faithfully,

Dan Manville
