Dear Dolce Far-Niente

I am sorry that this response is coming to you a day later than it should
have done. You asked for:

“copies of the internal communications by Cabinet members on matters
regarding the closure and Experimental Traffic Order of Walton Street
(corner of Beaumont and Worcester Streets”

In fact no other Cabinet member has been involved than Cllr Constance and
as such, there is no additional information to supply to you other than
that which was contained in the reply to your request 16311, sent to you
on 7 February.

I hope this answers your request.

Dear FOI - E&E,
Regarding the council's reply to my FOI https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...
...In which Mr Shickle replies "In fact no other Cabinet member has been involved than Cllr Constance and
as such, there is no additional information to supply to you other than that which was contained in the reply to your request 16311, sent to you on 7 February."

I find this hard to believe that only Cllr Constance acting entirely alone. She must have been communicating with and making decisions with other people leading up to and implementing the ETRO on Walton street. I again ask for copies of the internal communications between Cllr Constance and any other members of City/County/Cabinet and any other members of the public who made suggestions and influenced Cllr Constance/City/County/Cabinet on matters that triggered the closure and Experimental Traffic Order of Walton Street.
I am asking because these conversations/communications/decisions were made 'behind closed doors' in the very fact that the Jericho community were not consulted first. These conversations/communications/decisions should be in the public domain and made fully transparent.
Yours sincerely,

Dolce Far-Niente
