Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) -  With specific regard to the
Scottish Government's 'Equality funding: national and intermediary
bodies', what evidence does the Scottish Government require that
organisations are engaging and consulting with the communities whose
interests they claim to represent? Since 2007, how many intermediary
bodies has the Government ceased to fund due to a failure to demonstrate
that they are engaging and consulting with the communities whose interests
it claims to represent?
