Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

Please can you share the evidence that Cafcass use as a barrier shared care when there is conflict present.

Please can you share the evidence that Cafcass use to support alternate weekends as a suitable outcome for children contact with the other parent.

Both of these assume there are no safe-gaurding issues in existence and both parents are deemed capable.
